Council adopts cemetery fee increases, data-privacy policy, surplus declaration and 2026 meeting schedule

- Ordinance 2025-028 (Water Conservation chapter): Adopted to add the new chapter to the General Plan (S.B. 110 compliance).
- Resolution 2025-046 (Surplus vehicle): Adopted to declare a 2005 Ford F-150 surplus per city policy.
- Resolution 2025-047 (Data Privacy Policy): Adopted to begin the city's compliance process with state privacy legislation.
- Ordinance 2025-029: Adopted to set the regular meeting schedule for 2026 (first and third Tuesdays with an April adjustment).
All items were adopted by the four council members present (Andersen, Jensen, LeMone, and Rogers) with one member excused.
