16 Trowbridge site-plan application withdrawn; redesign expected

The Inland Wetlands Commission noted that the site-plan application for 16 Trowbridge has been withdrawn from consideration. Beth Kvagnath asked the record to show the withdrawal and said the applicant appears to be redesigning the whole site, possibly planning a tear-down and rebuild.
"I would note for the record that 16 Trowbridge has been withdrawn," Kvagnath said. She told commissioners the applicant is "in the process of redesigning the site," and that the project will likely return when a new plan is ready. No formal action was taken by the commission at the meeting.
