The Inland Wetlands Commission voted to cancel its August meeting after members said many would be unavailable that month. Chair Danielle Monroe proposed the cancellation and the commission moved and voted to carry the motion.
Monroe said the group could schedule a special meeting if "time sensitive" business arises, and staff were directed to alert members if a special session is needed. Commissioners confirmed the next regular meeting date as September 28. "So I think that's a motion," Monroe said before the vote. The chair called the vote and later announced, "Motion carries."
