The Kingsbury County Board of Equalization reviewed multiple administrative items during its April 15 meeting, including a staff report on county growth showing continued growth year over year, the owner-occupied status changes, and miscellaneous property classification items. On the owner-occupied changes, Commissioner Steve Spilde moved and Commissioner Corey Lundquist seconded approval; the board voted unanimously to approve them.
