The Cascade County treasurer presented the monthly financial report for the period ending June 30, 2026, detailing cash, investments, receipts and disbursements. "In our US Bank Master account, we have a total of $6,034,125.28," the treasurer reported, and described investments in the Montana Board of Investment Short Term Investment Pool totaling $76,750,794.11.
The treasurer listed other bank balances totaling $378,204.70 and reported receipts including motor-vehicle receipts of $50,909.85 and property-tax receipts of $11,571,719.23. Total revenue receipts were cited as $6,437,417.32, yielding a combined receipts subtotal of $19,060,046.40. Disbursements for the month included payments to the Montana Motor Vehicle Division ($712,816.51), Montana Department of Revenue ($1,519,285.02), the City of Great Falls ($3,845,233.93) and Great Falls Public Schools ($2,835,047.48) for a monthly disbursement total of $9,127,115.57.
