District Counsel Tony Pires recommended opening the public hearing; after no public comment, the Board amended the resolution to delete references to "Exhibit B" (Page 2 and throughout) and adopted the resolution on a unanimous motion by Supervisor Blumenthal with Supervisor Twombly seconding. Counsel also reminded the Board that members must complete the statutorily required four hours of ethics training and file financial disclosure forms.
The resolution certifies the assessment roll and provides for collection and enforcement of special assessments for the coming fiscal year. The Board recorded no public objections during the hearing.
