River Ridge board adopts Resolution 2025-01 to elect officers and remove prior appointee

At the Oct. 22 meeting the River Ridge CDD Board adopted Resolution 2025-01, which elected officers for the district and removed a prior assistant secretary from the roster. Mr. Blumenthal nominated the slate that named Bob Schultz as Chair and Terry Mountford as Vice Chair; the slate also listed Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and newly appointed Keith Merrill as Assistant Secretaries. The Resolution states that James Gilman is removed as an Assistant Secretary and that other prior appointments (Chesley "Chuck" Adams as Secretary; Craig Wrathell as Assistant Secretary and Treasurer; Jeff Pinder as Assistant Treasurer) remain unchanged.
The action was moved by Mr. Blumenthal and seconded by Mr. Mountford and was adopted "with all in favor." The resolution will take effect as provided in the document filed with the meeting minutes; the Board did not amend the listed staff appointments.
