The approved claims list included significant items: Civil Design Inc. for $88,563.40; Colliers Securities LLC for $99,972.00; Spencer Quarries Inc. for $28,466.40; Midway Service dba Vollan Oil for $24,546.86; and a state remittance to the South Dakota Department of Revenue for $135,879.29. "The following claims presented to the Board for consideration be approved and the County Auditor be directed to issue warrant checks for payment of same," the motion record states; the motion (by Commissioner Steve Spilde, second by Commissioner Corey Lundquist) carried with all present voting aye.
The action followed routine agenda business and was recorded in the meeting minutes. No commissioners registered a conflict of interest during the vote.
