Commissioner Troy Nelson moved to accept and adopt Resolution 2026‑3, seconded by Roger Walls; roll‑call votes were recorded as Lee—aye, Spilde—aye, Walls—aye, Lundquist—aye and the motion carried.
The Board then read and adopted Resolution 2026‑4 approving the Plat of Sullivan’s Addition (S1/2SE1/4 of Section 34, Township 110 North, Range 56 W, 5th P.M.). Motion by Lundquist, second by Spilde to accept and adopt Resolution 2026‑4 carried with recorded aye votes.
