The Silver Creek Township Planning & Zoning board approved a variance March 4, 2025 allowing Moores and Maas Properties LLC to expand an existing nonconforming use to include live outdoor amplified music. Member Mike Helman moved to approve the variance with the condition that the township will review the approval annually; Jesse Dickinson seconded and the motion carried 6-0.
