District Engineer Charlie Krebs presented the Curb and Sidewalk Inspection Report and proposed a scope of work addressing areas deemed severe. The report’s quantities were sent to Collier Paving and staff expect to present repair quotes at the next meeting.
Krebs is preparing a draft memorandum to notify affected homeowners that they are responsible for repairing their driveways; the notification will be routed to Mrs. Adams and Mr. Schultz for review before mailing. The Board treated the report as informational and scheduled cost proposals for future consideration.
