River Ridge board elects leadership under Resolution 2025-02

The River Ridge Community Development District board adopted Resolution 2025-02 at its Nov. 19, 2024 meeting to elect officers for the coming term. The slate named Bob Schultz as chair and Terry Mountford as vice chair, with Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and Keith Merrill serving as assistant secretaries. Mrs. Adams presented the resolution and the motion to adopt it, made by Mr. Mountford and seconded by Mr. Blumenthal, carried "with all in favor."
Board members also confirmed standing appointments that remain in place, including Chesley “Chuck” Adams as Secretary and Craig Wrathell as Assistant Secretary and Treasurer. The action formalizes the board’s officer roster before upcoming fiscal- and project-related decisions.
