The board approved two formal items by unanimous vote: adoption of administrative rule DJ-AR (Expenditure of District Funds for Meals, Refreshments and Gifts) and the personnel agenda including the hire of Gena Boyette at KECDC. Nicole Trejo moved to adjourn, Trina Perez seconded, and the board adjourned at 6:05 PM. The meeting minutes record no public comment or extended discussion.
