“We are full speed ahead on this project,” Gerber said, adding that the only remaining items were final third‑party approvals and the execution of development and stormwater agreements. Board leadership treated the request as an administrative extension and noted no changes to the scope of the approved plans.
Board members moved and voted to extend the relief retroactive to July 23, 2026, making the new expiration July 23, 2027; the chair said applicants would receive a formal written decision within 45 days. The board recorded that any outstanding agreements required for construction and long‑term stormwater management must be executed during the extension period.
