Bland elected chair, Taylor elected vice chair of King and Queen BZA

At the Nov. 18, 2024 meeting, the King and Queen County Board of Zoning Appeals held nominations for leadership for the remainder of 2024 and the 2025 calendar year. Kimberly Sadler nominated Robert T. Bland, IV for Chair; Bruce Taylor seconded the nomination. Bland was elected unanimously.
For Vice-Chair, Bland nominated Bruce Taylor and Robert “Robbie” Coleman, Jr. seconded the nomination. The board voted unanimously to appoint Taylor as Vice-Chair.
