Board members approved a set of routine procurement and payment items. Micah recommended awarding the food bid to Sysco and the milk bid to Highland Dairy; the board moved to approve both. "The food bid is with Sysco. That's what we used last year," Micah said.
The board also approved the annual Hudl payment ($13,162.36) and a $20,420.35 payment for new football uniforms, and approved property insurance for $75,029.23 and vehicle insurance for $11,984. Speaker 5 presented a Chromebook quote of $31,925 to replace aging lab devices and other end-of-life devices; speaker 1 said half of that purchase will be paid from a small rural school grant and federal funds.
