Mariah Cilley delivered the road report on behalf of Road Foreman Rodney Hoyt, saying crews are continuing routine plowing and sanding operations. She reported the crew has mounted the chipper on the tractor in anticipation of suitable weather and added that scheduled work includes cutting and chipping trees along Potash Road to restore sight lines.
Thomas Hoyt added a comment clarifying which sections of Potash Road will undergo tree cutting and chipping. The road report was informational; no policy decisions or budget amendments were made during the Feb. 24 meeting regarding road operations.
