The Milton Board of Health approved a Body Art Establishment and Practitioner permit for eyebrow microblading and microshading at 464 Granite Avenue during the June 1 meeting. Applicant Nirmala Ramnarain described her services and the Assistant Health Director presented her educational credentials, certifications, CPR training and after-care instructions.
Member Deborah Milbauer asked about needle safety and disposal procedures; the applicant and assistant health staff confirmed training and protocols in place. The Board voted to approve the establishment and practitioner permit; Chair Laura T. Richards and Member Deborah Milbauer recorded affirmative votes.
The approval allows the practitioner to operate subject to the town’s existing body-art and infection-control rules and any routine inspections by health staff.
