The Town of Milton Board of Health voted to approve a local upgrade variance for 71 Ford Ranch Road that allows a percolation rate to be established via grain-size distribution analysis, subject to sign-off by the Conservation Commission.
Engineer George Collins represented applicant Peter Withington and addressed recommendations from Septic Consultant Paul Brogna. Health Agent Karolyn Ho read Mr. Brogna’s checklist and told the Board the plan had been revised as needed to respond to those recommendations. Chair Roxanne Musto moved to approve the variance pending Conservation Commission approval; the motion passed on a roll-call vote (Roxanne Musto: Aye; Laura Richards: Aye; Mary Stenson: Aye).
