Silver Creek P&Z approves agenda and minutes, records unanimous adjournment

The Silver Creek Township Planning and Zoning board opened its Sept. 3, 2024 meeting with Chairman Chris Klein calling the session to order and the board approving the agenda on a motion by Mike Helman, seconded by Brandon Geyen; the vote was recorded as 7-0. Clerk-Treasurer Alana Paumen noted seven members present and two absent, with twelve residents attending in person and four via Zoom.
The board then approved the Aug. 6, 2024 minutes on a motion by Tom Vanek, seconded by Mike Helman; Justin Hall and Jesse Dickinson abstained because they had not attended that prior meeting, producing a 5-0 tally. The meeting concluded with a motion to adjourn by Brandon Geyen, seconded by Tom Vanek; the adjournment motion carried 7-0.
