Board approves two lot-line adjustments and entitlement transfers for property owner Darryle Anderson

Member Mike Helman moved to transfer one building entitlement from PID #216100264100 to PID #216100261403; Member Jesse Dickinson seconded and the motion carried 9-0.
In a separate motion, Member Brandon Geyen moved to transfer the portion of PID #216100252300 located southwest of the road into PID #216100264100; Member Justin Hall seconded and the motion carried 9-0.
