Conservation Commission narrows Teamworks lease term for Camp Nashoba to 'up to 5 years'

Chair Margaret Wheeler raised concerns about deteriorating Camp Nashoba buildings and winter vandalism, and proposed changing the previously agreed lease-extension language for Teamworks from a fixed five-year term to "up to 5 years" so the commission can monitor conditions. Salem said the maintenance contract will appear at the next Select Board meeting.
Commissioner Jim Gozzo moved and Commissioner Eric Fahle seconded the modification; the motion passed by roll call 7-0-0.
