Chair and auditors approve minutes and accept fiscal year 2025 auditor’s report
Summary
At a brief meeting the town auditors approved the minutes and accepted the fiscal year 2025 auditor’s report by voice vote; the Chair said the Jan. 12 draft is saved on the Google Doc and will be sent to Elizabeth Cooper.
The Chair called the meeting to order and opened routine business, including consideration of the draft minutes. A committee member moved to approve the minutes and the Chair voiced agreement; the motion passed by voice vote.
The Chair introduced the auditor’s report for fiscal year 2025 and asked whether any changes had been made to the draft. Committee member (S2) said no changes were made, and Committee member (S3) moved to approve the report. The motion passed by voice vote. The Chair noted, “It says the draft from January 12, as, saved on the Google Doc,” and said she would send that version to Elizabeth Cooper.
