Representatives from Hancock Associates, Copley Wolff Design Group and Redgate reported on a site visit by commission members for the 219 Littleton Road project and confirmed that the playground and dog park have been switched on the plans. Salem said three peer-review letters (architecture, engineering, traffic) have been received and hard copies will be provided to the Conservation Commission for review prior to the continued hearing.
Commissioner Marilyn Frank moved, Commissioner Eric Fahle seconded, and the commission voted 7-0-0 to continue the public hearing to May 13, 2026.
