Commission amends and issues Order of Conditions for Premium Homes on Hartford Road

Mark Sleger of ALAN Engineering, representing Premium Homes, requested two minor edits to the draft Order of Conditions: add a Stormwater Management permit requirement to Condition #35 if the work area exceeds one acre (in addition to an NPDES permit) and allow some conservation posts to be mounted on nearby trees under Condition #47. Staff and commissioners indicated no objection to those language changes.
Commissioner Marilyn Frank moved to issue the Order of Conditions as amended; Commissioner Lauren Harnett seconded and the motion passed 7-0-0 by roll call. The public hearing was then closed.
