Commission issues Order of Conditions for septic work at 176 Concord Road

Following the technical discussion and no suggested changes to the draft Order of Conditions, Commissioner Marilyn Frank moved to issue the Order of Conditions; Noel Almeida seconded and the motion passed 7-0-0 by roll call. The public hearing was closed.
