The Fayston Development Review Board approved the minutes from its Sept. 3, 2024 meeting (motion by Jim Donkersloot, second by Mike Quenneville; unanimous). The board also voted to deem administratively complete two agenda items: application #3912 (Simonini subdivision amendment) and application #3913 (Christopher Joyce conditional-use for slopes >15%).
Motions recorded in the minutes: Jim Donkersloot moved and Mike Quenneville seconded approval of the Sept. 3 minutes; Jim moved and Mike seconded deeming application #3912 complete; Mike moved and Jim seconded deeming application #3913 complete.
