Fayston DRB approves minutes, accepts interested parties, deems Simonini application complete and closes hearing

At its Aug. 6, 2024 meeting the Fayston Development Review Board recorded several procedural votes. Jim Donkersloot moved to approve the July 2, 2024 minutes; Mike Quenneville seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The board also moved to accept interested parties for the evening’s hearings (Ky Koitzsch moved; Mike Quenneville seconded) and administered the oath to interested parties.
On Application #3897 for a boundary-line adjustment (Simonini), Ky Koitzsch moved to deem the application complete; Mike Quenneville seconded and the motion carried unanimously. Later the board voted to close the Simonini hearing on a motion from Mike Quenneville, seconded by Pete Ludlow; that motion also carried unanimously. The Sugar Hill subdivision (Application #3894) remains open while applicants provide map corrections and deed/easement clarifications.
