Fayston DRB approves prior minutes, closes hearing on Morel application

The Fayston Development Review Board unanimously approved the minutes from its Dec. 3, 2024 meeting at the start of the Jan. 7 session. Jim Donkersloot moved to approve the minutes and Daniel Young seconded; the motion passed with all present voting in favor.
Later in the meeting the board voted unanimously to deem Application #3919 (Morel) complete, allowing staff to proceed with the next steps in the review process. Jim Donkersloot moved to deem the application complete and Chair Daniel Young seconded. The public hearing on the application was later closed by a unanimous vote after questions and brief public comment. No final approval of the application was made on Jan. 7; the board indicated further review and required permit amendments would follow.
