Don Simonini asked the Fayston Development Review Board to expedite an amendment to Boundary Line Adjustment #3897 that would transfer ownership of the portion of road between areas A and B from Simonini to the Offut family so the parcel would be contiguous. "Don requested that the board’s decision be expedited," Simonini told the board.
The board first moved to deem application #3912 complete; Jim Donkersloot moved to deem the application complete and Mike Quenneville seconded. The board voted unanimously in favor. Daniel Young closed the hearing; the minutes record no final substantive decision on the amendment itself at this meeting.
