Selectboard authorizes Sugarbush catering permits and accepts executive-session minutes

The Fayston Selectboard voted to authorize Town Clerk Madi Vasseur to sign two catering permits submitted by Sugarbush for events on Aug. 26 and Sept. 2, 2025. Chair Chuck Martel moved to give the clerk permission to sign the permits; Michael Jordan seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
The board also voted to accept the executive‑session minutes from Aug. 5, Aug. 6 and Aug. 8 (interviews of road‑crew candidates). Chuck Martel moved to accept those minutes, Ron Graves seconded, and the board voted unanimously to approve them. At 6:41 p.m. Michael Jordan moved to adjourn; Ron Graves seconded and the meeting was adjourned.
No permit conditions, dollar amounts, or additional staff assignments were recorded in the meeting minutes for these items. Residents were not asked to comment on the catering permits during the session.
