The Ferrisburgh Zoning Board on April 2 approved Application 25-019, a proposed 10-by-10 bathroom addition to the second floor of an existing camp at 395 North Street submitted by Kristin and Eric Sleeper and presented by Dan Berry. The proposal removes a southwest corner of the roof to raise the corner and extend the area; exterior siding will match (T1-11) and the roof will be metal. The board closed the public hearing and approved the application unanimously.
During the hearing Dan Berry showed the site plan location and explained that adjacent camps would not be adversely affected because of grade differences. Zoning Administrator Katie Hill confirmed that, once the board issues a written decision, a 30-day appeal window will apply to the decision.
