Zoning Administrator Jason Wilson told the Commission that Valley Reporter and Mad River Valley TV (MRVTV) had requested a link to the meeting recording. He noted that the Planning Commission’s rules do not explicitly mention sending or posting meeting recordings and asked whether the Commission had any objections to sharing the link.
Chair Paul Quinlan moved to allow the Zoning Administrator to send the meeting recording link for posting by MRVTV and to continue doing so if MRVTV requests future links. Commissioner Freddie Graves seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. The Commission did not adopt a formal written policy at the Sept. 9 meeting; the vote authorized the Zoning Administrator to share recordings with MRVTV going forward.
