The list includes bracing collar ties to rafters where ties are coming apart, installing a new door on the outside compartment that houses the upper-section electrical panel, and replacing the office screen door.
Board members also identified repairs to the well house, ordered split-rail fencing to clarify tent-site boundaries, instructed that an access panel be installed in the office for phone/internet wires, and noted the need for a new restroom sign and exterior trim on the office building. These items were logged for completion ahead of reopening.
