The Town of Eden Selectboard revised the pre-bid schedule for the town office addition after contractors told the board the original timeline was tight. At the Oct. 15, 2024 special meeting, the board moved the deadline for further questions to October 29, 2024, and set the bid due date for November 15, 2024.
Selectboard members asked the contractors whether the timeline was feasible; contractors present, including representatives from Miller Construction and Baker Builders, agreed the schedule would be tight. The board said it is looking to have a signed contract shortly after a contractor is chosen. The meeting opened at 5:00 p.m. and adjourned at 5:49 p.m.
