The Town of Eden Selectboard agreed on Sept. 24, 2024, to leave the turnaround on Parsonage Road in its current location after discussing a prior proposal to move it. The special meeting opened at 5:32 p.m.; the board reached consensus during a brief discussion with Kurt Salvas, who had earlier proposed relocating the turnaround.
According to the minutes, Salvas noted he had proposed moving the turnaround but, following further work on his property, the Selectboard and Salvas “mutually agreed that leaving it as it has been would be best.” The transcript does not record a formal motion on the road turnaround; the agreement was recorded as the outcome of the discussion. The meeting was adjourned at 5:40 p.m.
