That's what we collect in property tax per year,” Pete said.
Board members said the project will require subdivision, a conditional-use permit, and county planning review; they reiterated that there will be additional public hearings and that more technical work (traffic study, environmental assessment) will inform permit applications. The district said it will provide public notice and expects the planning commission and county council to hold hearings on transfer of ownership and the conditional-use permit before any final approvals are granted.
