The website staging site is live for review and contains draft content and some photos from the construction site; staff asked board members to check pages for missing content and images and recommended including a countdown or opening date widget once a target date is set.
On branding, the designer Maria will be asked to return in January with multicolor and black‑and‑white versions of the logo, refined fonts and color schemes that can be applied to donor packets, letterhead and the website. The board agreed the bag artwork used at the craft fair was timed but not the final brand lock‑up and that a final identity should be executable quickly once selected.
Separately, the board discussed EV charging for the site. Chair (S4) said Blink had been included in subcontractor estimates but the board will gather comparative quotes and investigate maintenance and subscription models before deciding whether to purchase equipment themselves (and take a credit against the contractor price) or have the subcontractor acquire and install equipment as part of the contract. The priority is ensuring manageable maintenance and operating arrangements for the town over time.
