Resident Dale King brought a request to move a town road; after reviewing the proposed area the Selectboard determined the relocation would be prohibitively large and voted unanimously to deny the request. Selectboard member Ron Graves moved that the Town should not move the road; Michael Jordan seconded and the motion carried. Ron also suggested Dale King may pursue the Development Review Board (DRB) process if he wishes to pursue his project through land-use channels.
The minutes record that town staff (Josh Livingston) told Chuck Martel he agreed the move would be impractical. No further action or motion to study alternatives was recorded; the board's decision was recorded as final for this meeting.
