Regional alliance reports SWIP delinquency; filing may have been late

Alliance member John Malter, who the board identified as responsible for submitting the report, said he experienced website problems and filed on July 11. The alliance requested that Malter respond to the notice with a letter; minutes record uncertainty about whether the filing preceded the late notices and whether fines will be assessed.
Ron said he will update the Selectboard as the alliance learns more. The minutes do not record any board motion or fine assessment at this meeting; the issue was noted for follow-up.
