Berwyn council and staff promote Summerfest, back-to-school Fiesta and Hispanic Parade; clerk announces family trips

The council later approved the Hispanic Heritage Parade for Sept. 5 and associated Summerfest activities.
Antonio Rodriguez gave details for the Sept. 5 Hispanic Parade (route starting 16th Street and East Avenue) and post-parade festivities behind the REMAX at 6420 Cermak Road. The clerk's office presented a grant-supported Berwyn-to-Brookfield Zoo family bus trip; the council accepted that communication as informational.
