Freddie Graves moved to allow the zoning administrator to file comments referencing the town’s bylaw language; Langford Davidson seconded and the motion was approved unanimously.
ZA Jason Wilson agreed to forward the materials and information gathered about the advance notice to Commissioner Michael Duell for review. The commission did not take further binding local action on the project at this meeting; the authorization was limited to preparing and submitting comments during the PUC notification period.
