Staff said the commitment would make Aubrey Zelenka and Paradise Mototiki the first recipient of the new license; commissioners approved the measure by roll call, 5-0.
Staff praised the business's contribution to downtown activity. "We've worked with Aubrey and her husband on this commitment for a 3 way liquor license," a staff presenter said, noting the license will be renewed annually.
