At City Attorney Michelle Eviston’s request, Zach Smith read Resolution 2026-8 ‘‘A Resolution of the City of Ludlow, Kentucky, Authorizing the Mayor to Execute an Amendment to the Northern Kentucky Special Weapons and Tactics (S.W.A.T.) Inc. Interlocal Agreement.’’ The council debated the matter briefly and approved the amendment by roll call vote; the transcript records that the City will pay $4,500.00 annually under the agreement.
The motion to approve was made by Steve Chapman and seconded by Paula Graszus; the roll call vote was recorded as "all ayes." There were no amendments or conditions recorded at the meeting.
