Planning Commission closes public comment period and directs residents to submit further Town Plan comments to Selectboard

During the May 18 hearing Dr. August Murray told the Commission he had another page of comments for the proposed Town Plan. The Commission responded that the public-comment portion of the Planning Commission hearing had closed and that any additional submissions should be made to the Selectboard, which will hold its own hearing on the draft plan.
The minutes record that the Commission will make exhibit materials and documentation of statutory notice available for public viewing at the Town Office; those materials will help commenters see what the Commission has already considered. The Selectboard hearing is the next formal opportunity for public comment on the draft plan.
