Board Chair Laurie Erekson announced the McCall-Donnelly Joint School District board adopted the FY2025 audited financial statements at its Oct. 13 regular meeting.
Superintendent Tim Thomas introduced district auditor Kurt Folke of Quest CPAs, who presented the financial statements and said the district had restored a three-month reserve balance and that there were no audit findings. Folke noted the district’s general fund subsidized Medicaid/special programs and the School Nutrition Fund during the fiscal year.
The board approved the audited statements by unanimous vote after Trustee Jeremy Griffin moved to adopt them and Trustee Kelly Miller seconded. The approval formalizes the district’s improved financial position compared with the prior fiscal year and documents the auditor’s findings to the board.
The district will file the approved statements as its official FY2025 audit record; the board did not attach additional conditions or directives during the vote.
