Proposals for the CMAR were received from Civil Engineers & Constructors / RP Constructors, L&L Builders, and Nelson Construction; the minutes state the award of the CMAR was planned for April 23, 2025. In the same agenda block the board approved a Bobcat equipment lease agreement with the Dakota Dunes Community Association; that motion passed 5-0.
The approvals advance procurement for the maintenance facility and authorize staff to proceed with selecting a CMAR and executing the equipment lease as part of operations planning.
