Shawn Koorn of HDR presented the preliminary Water/Sewer Study to the Dakota Dunes CID Board during the April 21 meeting. HDR team members Shawn Koorn, Austin Guimond and Gaberiel Laber attended the presentation and departed at approximately 7:05 p.m.; the board took no action following the presentation.
Board members were told that proposed increases to water and sewer rates will be brought back for consideration as a first reading at the next regular board meeting. The presentation was recorded in the minutes as informational; no vote or motion about rate amounts occurred at the April 21 meeting.
