The Dakota Dunes CID board on Aug. 18 approved the first reading of Ordinance No. 2025-03, which renames Title 3 to "Streets, Sidewalks and Public Spaces." The motion for first reading was made by Ms. Shanafelt and seconded by Mr. Wetz; the vote was recorded as 5-0 in favor.
Board members set a second reading for Sept. 15, 2025. The ordinance is planned to be effective in October 2025 pending completion of the second reading and any required publication or posting.
