CID holds brief executive session on economic development; reports drought conditions and adjourns

After returning from executive session, District Manager Andrew Tramp reported that U.S. Army Corps of Engineers data from May 8, 2025 indicated below-average Missouri River basin runoff and current drought conditions in the basin. The board then moved to adjourn at 9:20 p.m.; the motion to adjourn passed 5-0.
